As an investor, a vacant investment property is always a bit stressful.
One of our tenants gave notice to vacate our Shirley Road property at the end of their lease, to which we were advised immediately by Matthew. Matthew gave us his assurance that he would get it re-let fast and explained how the property would be marketed for lease.
Matthew not only kept us updated prior to undertaking marketing activities but provided regular pre-emptive follow up, often out of normal business hours and on weekends (unheard of!)
